Level: +3. c) 9/III/70. 6:40 AM. Clear. First song of the day (natural); two birds heard (prob. the same two as in part b). Quality: 1-2. Level: 0; 1. +3. then bird #2 is louder. Quality: 2. As I was doing initial field editing of foregoing (to prepare some loops), the "playback" brought this bird up next to my camp; it had not been singing in the interim period. Quality: 1. Level: +3.
