Detalles de la observación
*Rare; semi-regular visiting species to the East Pond May-Jun of this year. Originally thought I had seen two different birds - first as part of a group of 12 ibis feeding off of Dead Man's Cove, and then later a second individual feeding slight further south with a group of 3 ibis, however my distant photos of the initial bird don't definitively show any WFIB. Photos of the second bird, different from the bird found by Tripper yesterday with much reduced white in the face and lots of red. As I was leaving the pond I described the bird to a photographer as "looks like it got bloodied in a fight." Distant photos.
