Continuing. Heard bird singing loudly on west side of lake in pine. After a brief search spotted bird moving through branches, chasing a Yellow Warbler to another tree, then it soon returned to its preferred pine along the boardwalk near an RV. Yellow throat, black cheek mask, white on back of cheek, white broken eyering split by thick black eyeline. White supercilium, white underside with black flank streaking. Bird sang loudly after short silent intervals, and could be heard from dozens of yards away. Interesting descending tweer-tweer-tweer-tweer-tweer-tweer-tweer-teerteer. Sometimes the last notes were double or single or went up a bit. When I returned to the area the bird was no longer singing. Lifer! Photos/recording.
