Though not noted at the time of the recording it seems like there are two birds vocalizing based on the closeness of some calls and a slightly different pitch. This is a "Chip Series" - Pieplow's naming. Only processing is applying a 300Hz High Pass Filter and then normalizing to -3db in Audacity. Unfortunately there is significant road noise in this recording - that can be minimized with more aggressive filtering. Each audio file of this species is believed to be of different birds.
Detalles de la observación
As many or more as I have ever seen here. Saw one bird that looked like it had just fledged with a bright yellow bill and gray head. Also saw what appeared to be a family group of two adults and two young.
