Outer primary with wide rounded tip leans toward this species as opposed to Ruby-throated Hummingbird. On some of my pictures the inner primaries look narrow which also bodes well for Black-chinned. Bill length also appears to be longer than what would be expected for Ruby-throated, but this is very hard to verify without having the bird in the hand. Tail appears to extend slightly past the wing tips which should exclude Costa's Hummingbird. The final determination of this bird as to species is to be determined by those with far more experience with this species than me, but based on what I can determine this bird looks good for Black-chinned Hummingbird.
