Detalles de la observación

Possibly a different individual from the one seen around the same time in the morning a week prior. Also flying west to east past Tip w/ group of flushed BOGU. Large black triangle patches on primaries distinct, grey-backed, and diffuse ring around back of neck. Appeared to be another first summer bird.
