Detalles de la observación
flycatcher with broad entirely orange underside of bill (some photos dusky tip evident), broad forked tail, white wingbars (strong upper wingbar of equal contrast with lower) longer-tailed look, bright tertial edges, edging of underwing coverts and bend of wing pale yellow, white chin, paler undertail covert versus western); PE:TE ratio = or slightly greater than 1, however not quite broadside photo shot and uneven footing of bird both would skew and make red line (PE) longer; did exhibit tail-cocked below primaries, reviewing vocals since observation over a period of days with western wood-pewees present (first two photos originally mistaken for willow when high in tree, reviewed by ebird reviewer). When in shade, the dusky vest more visible but highlights the pale bill, throat, and equal contrast wingbars. Sound files are associated with very pale pewee with orange underside to bill, but recorded 30 days after original photos, so audio may not be associated with attached photos. Large sound file has at time 21, 43, 57, 1:07, 1:51, 2:11, 2:18,2.44 single note calls that lack the nasal quality of the western but are missing up slur, at time 2:50,2:56, 2:59,3:03, 3:07,3:12,3:19,3:24 single phit calls.
