Detalles de la observación
After a long day in the Crater counting silverswords, the sun was setting through the swirling clouds, as our weary bodies descended the summit road. We glimpsed a pueo (Hawaiian Owl) gliding effortlessly in the distance. Further down we saw it again, up close, perched on a blooming sandalwood tree basking in the sunset glow. Our gazes met. Attached is that moment. "A wise old owl sat in an oak. The more he saw, the less he spoke. The less he spoke, the more he heard. Why can't we be like that wise old bird?" --Edward Hersey Richards
