An adult kite bringing an insect to the youngster

The kites remained in the area of the circle while I was there, moving to different trees in both directions on 17th St and south on Utah, not so much north. If there were 2 adults, I don't know because I only saw one at a time. The young one was very vocal most of the time I was there and was fed at least three times, cicadas and/or large dragonflies.
