Detalles de la observación
Was driving south of Ottosen and saw a small animal standing on a dirt hill as I drove past. I turned around and drove past a second time and as I slowed down I watched it hop several times and disappear below ground. Parked my vehicle and took a picture and zoomed in and saw a head and two yellow eyes and believed it to be an owl. I backed my truck off 50 yards and and shut it off and waited 10 minutes until it emerged from it's hole. I went home and did some research and found out the bird had been reported by others in the area.
