3rd cycle? Large gull, larger than Herring's and much larger than Ring-billed gulls that were in the area. Overall "dirty" gray appearance. Mantle was approx half way in and light gray. Primaries were just slightly darker than mantle (poor photo shows a larger difference than the bird looked through scope) with white edges. Bill was about 60% dark but had pale base. Dark Iris, pink-ish legs. Horrible photo attached.
