Lady Amherst's Pheasant. In the evening a calling male emerged from the bamboo onto the hillside, spent a few minutes calling from a rock. The bird seemed to have a damaged left leg. This was above the road close to the entrance to Deer Lake, altitude about 2400m. Elevation: 1773 m. Date added to IBC: May 7, 2017.
