Seen in the first bay east of the parking lot. Diving frequently. Distinctive black bill, no white on wings. Whitish around eye and under chin. Flushed to the west just as I got close enough for a decent look. Looked but didn't re-find the bird. Almost dark by that point. Here are some really bad photos (the bird on the right is a Mallard):
