1 seen briefly with Lorikeets at "bird island. There was a nesting pair at the lunch spot. The female was on the nest in a coconut palm at about 25'. The male (?) was actively foraging and looking for nesting material. Unfortunately he was mostly interested in scraps of plastic sheeting from the burn/dump site. He kept struggling to carry large (10-20") pieces of plastic across the island, which was difficult in the wind. (Photos). The nest was a deep nest about 10" in diameter and adorned on the outside with lots of clear plastic pieces. Also foraged on table scraps after lunch. Lots of photos.
