Incubating eggs on forest floor in leaf litter. The bird was located on our way in when it flushed from the ground. We were able to locate the 'nest' which was really just the two eggs laying in the leaf litter. There was no noticeable cup or even a scrape. The eggs were white or cream with reddish-brown splotches and darker speckles.
