Detalles de la observación
Seen at ca 1403 gliding medium high over the stream-shrub area, slightly east of the property - watched it gain altitude and then circle some, more or less overhead with a second Accipiter! In the field, I thought this second bird was also a COHA (indeed, 1 photo shows the tail with a rounded tip when fanned) but with further consideration of my photos I conclude that it was a SSHA. I watched 1 bird swoop at the other several times - both got quite high and were heading more or less south near the position of the sun when I lost sight of them. Photos confirm that the SSHA and COHA were very close in size, pointing to a male COHA and a female SSHA.
