Detalles de la observación
Hummingbird expert Sheri L. Williamson wrote in an email to me: "It looks like another ANHU x RUHU to me. Besides all that green, especially in her tail, her greater coverts are on the short side, her head looks quite gray with a faint pale eyebrow, and the dots along the lower border of her gorget are sparse, small, and drab. This is really drilling down to minutiae, but she also seems to have a shorter alula feather than normal for Rufous, more in line with Anna's. This would be an odd time of year for HY RUHU to be in heavy body molt but perfectly normal for HY ANHU. In fact, I'm moderately surprised that she's not in primary molt as well, since the molt schedule of ANHU seems to be a dominant characteristic in its hybrids."
