Not one but two! Quite rare in Bucks, just one record in eBird since 2018, so incredible to have two individuals together. A beautiful, long-winged and slender buteo with an active and kiting foraging style which initially clued us in to them from across landfills. Both light morphs with white uppertail, white underwings with brown wing patches, and dark belly band. Distant photos, including some of both together interacting, with better looks and photos by our group later on from the Penn Warner office lot.
