*VERY RARE* continuing hummingbird visiting the heated feeders and flying around the surrounding woods. Initially seen at the feeder 2 mins after arriving (a 2-hr drive up from the city) and then seen for another 50 mins almost nonstop while it hovered just behind the large pine. It perched once about 10 ft away for the most stunning views and photos. No feeder pics but would only visit the feeder for a few seconds, it visited the feeder only 2-3 times while we were there. Very obviously a Rufous/Allen’s rather than a Ruby-throat. I never thought I would ever in my life see a hummingbird in the snow, especially this species. #292 for my New England year list! **LIFER!!**
