*Rare, highly localized and disappearing breeder in the east; known location. Found it perched on a fence, where it remained for the duration of our viewing - slowly walking along the fence in a rail-like manner, periodically stopping to do a subtle Tringa-like bob. Observed from the road, at a safe respectful distance. Life bird!!! Photos
