Continuing bird observed for 36 minutes starting at 8:50 AM within a 25 foot radius of coordinates 32.776080, -117.240319 located near trail north of Turtle Pond and south of Pine Hill Road. The bird stayed within this area the entire time, foraging in constant motion on the ground or low in bushes. At times it presented itself in the open and within about 6-7 feet of my wife and me. Yellow breast and belly, olive back, black cap, black mask and thick yellow stripe above eye. Very vocal, making it easy to locate with its single note chip calls. Two other birders/photographers in attendance. See photos.
