Female bird. Carrying some cotton -like stuff and frequently coming to the Cycas. It can be something, sort of cobweb. Once such a material fell off its beak and I examined it (photo added below). Bird goes to the underpart of a particular compound leaf. Vocally very active. Though it was frequently visiting the palm, no sign of a nest being built could be found anywhere.
