Detalles de la observación

Very dark birds with some white feathers on breast and head. Located in two different areas of the park. One very skittish and flew if you got too close, the other sat unmoved even if you walked beneath it. Both appear to be juveniles, banded tails with no visible red. No visible belly bands.
