Continuing late bird, found by Richard F two days ago. Heard only, audio recording of 'whit' calls attached. Both of our recordings have a lot of background noise - mine includes Christmas music blasting from a nearby house - but the call is the same. It called continuously for a few minutes; I did not hear it either before or after that. I spent a little time looking for it after exiting the dunes, but could not relocate.
