Detalles de la observación
The NOPA was found at the west side of the solar panels and was noticeably smaller than the YRWAs it was associating with. For the most part, it would go into the thick foliage of the Mesquite and shrubs below the palms and then fly up into the date clusters to feed. At times, it would completely disappear in the dates. It was blue-gray above with a yellow-green mantle. The throat was yellow with an orange band dividing it from the breast. The belly, under-tail coverts and under-tail were white with very limited black at the base and the tip. Its face was blue-gray with prominent white eye-arcs with the upper arc continuing beyond the front of the eye and above the bill. The lower mandible was yellow and the upper was dark.
