First reported on Friday by Aaron H. All dark eagle with no visible white head or tail, but golden head. Head appeared smaller than a bald eagle’s and tail longer. Was soaring about the bluff southeast of Fish Lake, not above north bluffs where I looked for it on previous occasions . Doc shot photos. Dane county lifer!
