Continuing. Many thanks to the PA birder who relocated the bird on Mt Eden Rd off of Liberty Lane and pointed out to me! 39.82024° N, 76.06278° W Lifer! Great experience as the bird was catching insects (looks like grasshoppers?) and kept moving closer and closer while I was in my car. Ended up right next to me with great looks. Photos.
