distance photo, but can see traces of an incomplete white collar on dark neck. No chin strap.

Saw a dark silhouette in the water of what appeared to be a large duck to the southwest of the Crystal Pier-towards Fort Howard. Lighting was not favorable, but could distinguish head shape and size similar to Cackling Goose. Through review of photos later found very dark head and neck with incomplete white collar, no white chin strap, brownish back, and high contrast of black neck/chest to belly. Photos are from quite a distance, but reveal the contrast described and incomplete white collar.
