First parking lot on the right entering Two Mile Unit, we took the boardwalk to the first pond bird blind and immediately spotted the Avocet. Shortly after, we got this photo and he went behind one of the sedges and after searching for an hour we could not relocate him. We also checked the other side of the pond from Ocean Dr where many more birds could be seen.
