Photos. Appeared circling right over the hill just before 12:30, harassed by a raven, and flew north shortly after. 20ish minutes later, it returned, circled again, then headed southeast toward Candlestick. While showing reduced white in the wings and tail, I still think this is a juvenile by the pointed tips to the flight feathers and no signs of molt in the wings. Open to correction on the aging
