Halloween-colored thrush (size-wise between Turdus and Catharus) with thick dark mask through eye, dark necklace separating orange throat and breast, orange supercilium, orange and black patches on wings, orange-gray flanks, white undetail coverts, short dark tail. Maybe a female. Bad cell phone pic to add. Was foraging on lawn of my landlord’s yard, then flushed up into trees and shrubs. Not sure yet if this is the same individual others photographed the past couple of days 1-1.5 miles upstream at the public area of HRP, or if a 2nd individual.
