Originally conflicted between female Garganey and female Green-winged Teal, but the face pattern appears too strong for a GWTE. The bird also has a white spot on the head at the base of the bill and the bill is longer, not thin and small. It also has a white tail stripe (not buffy). Freeze frames of video (attached) show a broader white trailing edge to the wing than is typical of GWTE. Several photos attached.
