continuing and maybe same bird found nearby by Genge and Pheneger? smaller slimmer less robust than BBPL (direct comparison); underwings clear in flight lacking black underwing patch of BBPL; dark cap contrasting with supercilium; seen on beach with BBPL and in flight; flight shot with BBPL shows underwing comparison of the two species; first seen in wetland on west side of road when I arrived, then later on mud with Black-bellied Plover; shorebirds flushed by harrier and the two plovers flew high to south then returning and disappearing flying west
