Small flock flew in with larger mixed flock of sand plovers and knots. Oriental plovers were then soon flushed off the rock shelf by fishermen minutes after arriving and flew south, with some birds landing on a rocky rise amongst the mangroves in Ludmilla Bay and others towards East Point
