Dusky gray head/upperparts, slightly darker tail; blackish wings with pale whitish wing bars; grayish on breast/flanks; small dark bill; no distinct eye ring. Sitting in tree against a pock-marked rock face with possible nesting places - on the walking path to the right exiting lot 3 at RRCOS. Merlin audio then detected species.
