Both appeared first by Myterious Mountain and then drifted west. Seen for about 10 minutes with binoculars and with 840mm effective camera lens. Size alone is diagnostic for an experienced observer who knows how to estimate relative size based on other known birds also present at the same time (ravens, rt hawk, turkey vulture, golden eagle) at different distances/landmarks with different equipment (10x40 binos, scope, 840mm effective lens, etc). Hulking, slow flight, no wing tipping like TVs. Photos show other relevant details.
