Confirmed by voice. Also this is presumably the same bird I've been seeing/hearing in pretty much the same tree for about 4 days. Yesterday I got great looks at all the field marks--bright yellow below with the prominent black necklace, white on the wings, black face mask, etc. Gazing into my crystal ball, I heard it tomorrow as well. Merlin got it every day, but I didn't save all the recordings. The song was the same each day.
