cont. bird first sighted by Jay Desgrosellier in Jan. LOWA was seen twice in the space of 10 minutes (~10.45a, 10.55a) in the area it has been seen before: the palm trees which are ~ here (32.991817, -117.260373). Very good views. Photos and videos taken. Also want to report that two individuals had crossed the fence when I arrived at the top of the Panera stairs area. I called out to one of them. They eventually got to the correct side. Then I left the area and searched for the LOWA from the space between the office buildings and the palm trees - which, as luck would have it, is where I found it. Thanks to Stephanie for first glimpsing the LOWA and teaming up for the search.
