Thinking the individual in the center might be a trumpeter swan - larger size, larger bill that is less concave, more angular/straight & matching slope of top of head, eyes not as visually separate from bill as surrounding tundras.

While going through photos for this day I believe I spotted a Trumpeter Swan in the group I'd thought was tundras - larger size, bill longer and straighter/more angular + less concave & matches the slope of the top of the skull, eyes not as distinct/blending in with bill & surrounding black skin.
