Detalles de la observación
One female "pintail" stood out among a small flock of more typically plumaged Northern Pintails in its overall warm cinnamon coloration. Upon examination of the photos, I noted the pale grayish coloration of the bill, with the distinct black edge to mandible and the pronounced black spot at the gape reminiscent of American Wigeon, which makes me wonder if this is an odd-plumaged Northern Pintail, or possibly a NOPI x AMWI hybrid.
