INSANE! We certainly saw and never got wet (Tobe Spring do be dry). Single individual sitting low in a tree just behind the top of Tobe Spring at (30.6385749, -104.1790188). Seen with S. Lofland and B. Box. Small yellow-eyed owl with streaked facial disk, and breast. Near location where pair was found last year. Many photos tba.
