Type A2 song, followed quickly by a flight call, then the Type A1 (according to the Warbler Guide).
Detalles de la observación
Lifer - continuing from Ryan Salsman. Viewed with Guy DiRoma and heard 4:19 in a Boxelder. Small and slim overall, sky blue with white belly and fine dark gray/black side streaking, 2 semi thick white wing bars, white throat with black necklace, slim bill. Observed it eating a caterpillar. Additional Notes: One recording has Type A2 song, followed quickly by a flight call. It switched to the Type A1 song (as labeled in the Warbler Guide), but I cut about 90 seconds of sound due to chatting and footsteps while we located the bird. It continued to vocalize intermittently until shortly after 4:37. The second recording contains chip calls heard at 4:35, and another Type A1 song from 4:36 (35 seconds of chatting cut as we tried to relocate it with Russ Ruffing and Warren Cummings).
