Detalles de la observación
out towards the horizon, a large number of cormorants were flying back and forth and ocassionally landing on the water. I could not see any markings well enough to distinguish which species. It ooked like a feeding frenzy, except the majority of the birds were in the air, and they had not attracted many other birds. There were a few pelicans among them and a few gulls, but no other species I could pick out. (I looked for, but did not see, a whale surfacing in the area.)
