Continuing find by Keith Condon. Larger than cagu, dark mantle, yellow legs and feet, darker wingtips than mantle, one white mirror on P10, thick yellow bill, pale eye, yellow-orange orbital ring. Not particularly attenuate. Fairly large secondary skirt and obvious white tertial crescent p9 on left wing is molting. Lots of photos Legs too bright yellow for Western, bill too thick, wings not particularly attenuated, wrong orbital color for Lesser Black-backed
