Older nestling in nest! We watched the nest for 5.5 hours during which nestling was seen eating, vocalizing, and doing wing exercises. At 12:10 PM we saw the parent arrive and it sat within the nest and on the nearby branches for around 20 minutes before leaving again. Nestling vocalizations were recorded as well as many, many photos of both nestling and adult. What an experience!
