Detalles de la observación
Black capped flycatcher with long forked black tail, white belly and grey back. First found around 7:45am behind Battery Langdon near sound side. It quickly got chased off by a Mockingbird. Took off high to the West and eventually relocated just NE of the smaller campground along the Florida Trail. Lost it as it continued West. Actively fly catching and constantly on the move. Listed as the expected vagrant subspecies (savana) that most likely overshot it's wintering grounds to northern South America during austral "fall" migration. As for age, this bird has a short (worn) tail and browner washed out overall appearance, so juvenile.
