Detalles de la observación
Rare in winter. Originally identified by me as a LeConte's Sparrow, but review of photos suggests immature Grasshopper Sparrow. GRSP is more robust species than LCSP, with a more substantial bill. The broad, orange supercilium on LCSP was dark on this bird, although imm. LeConte's supercilium shows less orange than an adult. Photos attached. Overcast conditions and high contrast from snow played havoc with photography.
