Detalles de la observación
Audio recorded from 25 m distance. Habitat : Rocky mountain portions where the cliff falls steep top running downwards slopes. There are magically sticking big trees that are out of any predator reach and it is here that the Babax thrives. Very loud and melodious like the Banasura. Habitat reminded me of Banasura. Very slow movig bird, but onces it detects a human movement and feels the threat then gone for the day with a no show. The blue mountain parts that face the burma side is thanfully not yet flooded by birders and that could be the last resort for this species (at least on India side).
