My highest count in the region. 19 in the marsh when I arrived, which flew off toward Cayuga Pool in groups of 17 (see photo ML 613425097) and two. Only a minute or two later, 18 flew in from the southwest (all other photos), circled the marsh a few times while dropping in elevation and eventually landed. They did not stay long and soon flew off. Photos.
