Detalles de la observación
Continuing 6th (?) state record found the previous day and seen sporadically throughout today. First located at around 5:19pm when it flew into the southeasternmost pistache tree. Came in from the neighborhood to the east. Then fed on the pistache berries for a couple minutes before working it’s way down the line of pistache/mesquite trees to the west and into the neighborhood to the south. Large Myiarchus with nearly fully rufous tail, flesh-colored base to the mandible (esp. the lower one), sooty gray upper breast, and bright yellow belly extending up into the breast. Silent during the time I observed it. Later seen just at sunset (6:24pm) as it came into the fruiting pistache tree near the western end of the line. Poor digibin tba.
